IT'S A GIRL!!!
Haidyn Renee was born on Thursday, August 11th at 3:39pm. She weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long!!
Paul and Kate went into the hospital at 6am on Thursday morning to be induced. Though Kate was having regular contractions,
they were not getting anywhere. The Pitocin was started at 8:30am. After 3 hours of Pitocin, Kate still wasn't
getting much progress so Dr. Williams decided to break her water. That is when the fun started! Within 2 hours,
Kate was ready to push. After pushing about 10 minutes, Haidyn made her way into the world.
Paul and Kate are very proud of their newest addition! She is very healthy and is doing good. Other than
lacking a little sleep, both Paul and Kate are also doing well. They were able to take Haidyn home on Saturday afternoon.
Morgan is very very excited to be a big sister. She really wants to help and loves to hold her when she's able.
She is a little jealous about not being the only Daddy's Little Girl but Daddy is making sure that he dotes on her as much
as Haidyn.
